With the impending delivery of new Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) vehicles, TPS360 were instructed to supply and install a heavy duty polyurethane screed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, chemical attack and other physical aggression.
TPS360 carried out resin flooring works to the appliance bays and workshops.
SURFACE PREPARATION
To be assured of maximum adhesion and properties the correct surface preparation is essential. We used Husqvarna planetary grinders to leave a clean, profiled surface free of any contaminants. In order to ensure the finished system remains fully bonded to the sub-floor, the edges of the floor area adjoining the walls were rebated to produce a cross-section of 20mm deep by 8mm wide, running at 150mm from and parallel with the walls.
DURABILITY
Highest order of durability, resistance to abrasion impact and chemical attack. Stable to steam cleaning at a thickness of 9mm.

AFTERCARE, CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Clean regularly using a single or double headed rotary scrubber drier in conjunction with a mildly alkaline detergent.
