TPS360, the resin flooring and polished concrete specialist, has taken on Conan Flower as a Junior Surveyor. The company is keen to continue reinvigorating its team by appealing to enthusiastic young recruits.

Conan’s responsibilities include capturing data relating to assigned projects, drawing up quotations for clients, preparing job estimates and shadowing the Sales Director when on surveying jobs.

He comes to TPS360 with GCSEs, a Diploma and NVQ 1 in Bricklaying and TPS360 will be supporting him through a FeRFA apprenticeship, on which he will both gain industry knowledge and a recognised qualification, as well as a CSCS blue Skilled Worker card.  

Conan is also researching relevant HNC Surveying courses. This qualification would give him a high-level understanding of the design, function, construction and statutory requirements for buildings of all classes and assist with his future development within TPS360.

Conan also works for a security company at the weekends, providing security services at events happening throughout the UK. Through this he has had the opportunity to meet some famous faces, including Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua, Joe Cordina (former Boxing World Champion) Chris Eubank, James English and Lee Selby (former Featherweight World Boxing Champion).
