Beyond her professional achievements, Helen is a dynamic individual with a zest for life. One fun fact about her is that she strives to keep pace with her 19-year-old daughter at their local CrossFit gym. This hobby not only keeps her physically fit but also reflects her determination and commitment to personal growth.
