We are delighted to announce that Sam Barclay has taken on the role of Operations Director, where he heads TPS360’s specialist contracting division which has a dedicated project management and site-based workforce of around 25 staff.

Sam joined TPS360 in 2016 as Operations and SHEQ Manager.  Sam is an experienced Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry who has achieved NEBOSH General and Construction qualifications, and is experienced in providing safety advice across the broad spectrum of construction related safety aspects.

Having worked with TPS360 for over 6 years, Sam has led a positive health and safety culture in our business, which has contributed towards TPS360 being appointed as the Principal Contractor and working closely with Main Contractor partners such as Willmott Dixon, where TPS360 are a Category A provider. He has also been a key influence towards investment in high tech solutions for silica dust and hand/arm vibration control, which has gained recognition through awards such as the Kier Blue Flag award for safety innovation.
