TPS360 Welcomes Industry Expert Ben Butler as New Operations Manager 

TPS360 is excited to announce the addition of Ben Butler as our new Operations Manager. Ben joins us with over two decades of experience in the resin/epoxy flooring industry, making him a perfect fit for our dynamic and growing team. 

Throughout his impressive 20-year career, Ben has been involved in every aspect of the industry. His journey includes roles in installation, sales, and operations, providing him with a deep and broad understanding of the business. This vast experience has equipped Ben with the skills necessary to lead and innovate in his new role at TPS360. 

Ben will be based out of our Tamworth facility, but his influence will extend nationwide as he works on various TPS360 projects. His appointment is a testament to our commitment to excellence and growth in the industry. 

Outside of his professional commitments, Ben is an enthusiastic outdoorsman. When he’s not working, you’re likely to find him enjoying the great outdoors with his dogs. A particular favourite spot of his is Snowdonia. This passion for outdoor activities reflects the energy and balance he brings to his work at TPS360.
