This month marks three years since Lauren Watson joined TPS360, and what a journey it’s been.
Lauren started with us in May 2022 in an admin role, but it didn’t take long for her to get curious about what was happening on site. That curiosity quickly turned into action, and before we knew it, she was in boots, on-site, and getting hands-on with everything from epoxy resin flooring installations to concrete repairs and specialist floor coatings.
Since then, Lauren has become a key part of the TPS360 delivery team. She’s completed her FeRFA apprenticeship, gained experience across a wide range of industrial flooring and commercial flooring projects, and last year, she was named FeRFA’s Young Achiever of the Year – a well-earned recognition of the attitude, dedication, and work ethic she brings to every job.
More recently, Lauren has taken on the role of SHEQ Assistant, supporting our SHEQ Director with all things safety, health, environmental and quality. It’s another step in her development and shows her commitment to building a well-rounded understanding of how TPS360 delivers safe, compliant and high-quality flooring solutions – from polished concrete floors in commercial settings to seamless resin flooring systems in live, operational environments.
Lauren isn’t just building a career with TPS360 – she’s also helping open the door for more women to step into roles across the construction and specialist flooring industry.
We’re proud to have her on the team and excited to see what’s next.
Here is a selection of projects that we have completed in a number of different industry sectors. They demonstrate the expertise and professionalism that we bring to find a solution to each challenge.
