We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our Marketing team, Shani Hayman, who joined us in February 2023. With her diverse background and expertise in marketing, social media management, and events, we are confident that Shani will make a valuable contribution to our department.
Shani’s professional journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Prior to joining our team, she gained experience in various roles, including management in the hospitality industry, craft bakery, social media and marketing management, events management, production running, and administration. She even had the opportunity to assist an Australian influencer with backstage social media content for her YouTube series, earning a mention in the credits. Her experience in healthcare further adds to her versatile skill set.
As a Marketing Assistant, Shani will report directly to Carrie, our esteemed Marketing Manager. She will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including the overall management of TPS360’s social media accounts, assisting with content creation and sourcing imagery. Shani’s attention to detail and dedication to her work will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.
Shani’s academic background is equally impressive. She holds GCSEs, Craft Bakery diploma, social media management diploma, blogging and marketing diploma, and is certified in first aid. Additionally, she has a background in health and social care from 2018, which brings a unique perspective to her role.
Beyond her professional achievements, Shani has a range of fascinating hobbies and experiences. She was involved in gymnastics from the age of 3 until 18 and even had the opportunity to coach others. At 18, she participated in Camp America in West Virginia, where she coached gymnastics and worked as a lifeguard. This experience allowed her to explore different parts of the United States. In 2017, she moved to Australia for three years, gaining valuable social media and marketing experience while traveling extensively throughout the country. Shani has also explored Southeast Asia, Europe, and New Zealand. Additionally, she had a memorable experience as an extra in the movie ‘Yesterday’ alongside stars like Ed Sheeran, Kate McKinnon, and Lily James. Not to mention, she completed a craft bakery apprenticeship after leaving school in Bristol. And let’s not forget her love for a good pina colada!
We are delighted to have Shani join our team, and we are confident that her knowledge, skills, and vibrant personality will make her a valuable asset to our company. Please join us in welcoming Shani to the team and stay tuned for the great things she will achieve in her role as a Marketing Assistant.
