June 2025 marks 15 years since Helen Watkins joined TPS360.
When Helen came on board in 2010, TPS360 was still in its early days – a small resin flooring contractor just 18 months into its journey. Since then, the business has grown significantly and now delivers large-scale industrial and commercial flooring projects across the UK, including epoxy resin flooring, polished concrete, decorative screeds, concrete repairs, waterproofing, and specialist coatings.
Helen has been a consistent presence throughout this period of growth. As our Finance Manager, she has played a key role in maintaining the financial stability of the business, overseeing payments, managing accounts, and supporting the wider team behind the scenes.
We’re pleased to recognise Helen’s long service and continued contribution to the business.
