We are delighted to announce that Scott Barclay has taken on the role of Operations Director, where he now heads TPS360’s specialist contracting division which has a dedicated project management and site-based workforce of around 25 staff.

Scott joined TPS360 in 2013 and has become an integral part of the business. Six months after joining the team as a polished concrete installer, Scott became Site Supervisor where he gained vast knowledge and skills in both polished concrete and resin flooring. 

Then six years later he successfully became Contract Manager, managing contracts from start to finish, including negotiating, evaluating, and executing to a high standard.
