It’s National Apprenticeship Week and the team at TPS360 are all about celebrating success.
As part of our 10-year anniversary celebrations, we recently held an open day at our HQ in Caerphilly giving attendees the chance to see what it’s really like to be an apprentice at TPS360.
We talked candidly about the apprenticeship experience, the training and qualifications available and our future development plans whilst providing an interactive tour of our facilities.
Following our open day session less than six weeks ago, we were delighted to sign up four new apprentices for the Level 2 In Situ Resin Flooring apprenticeship programme, delivered in partnership with FeRFA (The Resin Flooring Association). All four candidates have completed their CSCS certification and two are already working on site with our experienced and qualified team of installers.
Delivering apprenticeships isn’t new to TPS360, we’ve been doing it for years…
Ian joined TPS360 back in 2012 as a labourer. His commitment and dedication to the company and the completion of a two-year resin flooring apprenticeship with FeRFA has resulted in Ian working his way up the ranks to an experienced installer and now a Site Supervisor.
“TPS believed in me from day one. Always pushing me to my limits and encouraging me to stick at it, even when things got really tough” Ian Shanahan, Site Supervisor
TPS360, one of the UK’s leading resin flooring and polished concrete installers is looking for more apprentices to join the organisation. If you think this might be you, please contact us today on 03450 268780.
