This polished concrete-style project required careful planning due to limited mixing space, necessitating phased preparation and material transport. Precise alignment of the flooring with staircase heights was critical to maintaining a seamless look. Additionally, phased handovers ensured the first floor was completed and ready before starting the ground floor, requiring close coordination with other trades to avoid delays.
